You made these gorgeous quilts? Wow, I am impressed. Never could do that! Computer art, for a cheap starter buy Paint Shop Pro by Jacs. You will love it. I use also Adobe with many filters available online. But until you know how to use the filters in the software, I do not suggest you look for free ones yet!
