Hi Anna, I am glad you ventured to my album! What happened to the Tanzania project? I have been waiting for those pictures to appear here at last. Yes, I did walk when making my albums of last weekend, Fiskars is 90 km away though so a car was needed to get there. Always a great delight to visit your flowers, and macros. Anna; I was so touched and honored to receive your entry in my album. I'm new at photography and don't have very many yet. Most of the pictures in my albums were taken by my old digital...I got a new one for Christmas. It's not top of the line but it's so much better and easier to use while trecking around looking for that perfect photo opportunity. It's a Kodak Easy Share DX6340, 3.1 mega pixels. After a careful review (slideshow) I confirm that are all stunning, I can just say that No. 25 is not a macro and looks a little bit less stunning in this context. Thanks so much for your praise for my Schultz Pink. This rose originally belonged to a dear neighbor who passed away several years ago. The new tenant in her home was going to dig up her roses and throw them away. I was able to salvage some of them but only this one survived. I truly cherish this rose and care for it with much love. Hi Anna - thanks for visiting my album and leaving the nice complements. I really appreciate that. No - the pics are not from my garden. I am a mailman in the USA and have the opportunity to see many gardens. No one has ever refused me permission to take pictures and as a thank you I usually will give them a 5x7 or 8x10 print of the best shot I got from their garden. You too have some beautiful pictures. Got a few for myself. Didn't think you'd mind.:) On a different note one of my best friends is from Rotterdam. He is an older fellow and was a POW in WWll. You make a big effort to get your beautiful photographs and I believe you are a really talented photographer. Re: the rainbow picture. The little girl, Sophia, and I were walking along a beach in the rain, when suddenly the rain stopped, the sun broke through and this beautiful rainbow appeared behind her. Unfortunately I only had a Low-resolution digicam with me and the picture quality is very low, but the photo means a lot to me as Sophia was very ill with leukaemia at the time and sadly she died in May this year aged six. I look forward to checking out your other albums soon, when I have time. They make me feel good. Sincerely, Jack.

Anna, All I can say is WOW! These close up photographs of flowers are outstanding. Are you using a macro lens? The results are superb. Hoi Anna, ##### regen echt unieke plaatjes kan opleveren heb jij perfect in beeld gebracht. Je hebt wat met water en natuur, of het nu bevroren is of niet. Ik heb weer genoten. Het plaatje dat je me gisteren stuurde staat inmiddels op mijn bureaublad en iedereen is verbaasd. Wij zijn met onze G3 nog aan het oefenen maar voordat we dit kunnen.... gebruik je een aparte lens? Je kent Teunis ook zie ik. Wat mij betreft is dit een album dat gefrituurd mag worden (op webshots hebben ze het over gefeatured, maar dat woord vinden wij hier in Brabant veel te moeilijk. Gefrituurd dus. Kortom, ik vind het album een aanwinst. Niet alle foto's vind ik even geslaagd, so what. Het ziet er gewoon erg goed uit. Het valt mij nu ook op dat jij je foto's gemiddeld genomen anders snijdt dan ik. Jij pakt vaak een deel van een geheel. Een deel van een tulp. Dat is wat anders dan een close-up, waar je toch meer van een geheel uit gaat.

Hallo Anna, Ik heb de foto,s eens goed bekeken, ondanks dat jullie slecht wwer hebben gehad op de keukenhof heb je er een interresante sereie van gemaakt. Je houdt van details en daar ben je echt in geslaagd. Bedankt Teunis
