  • Hi Rich! I love your album from the Como Park Conservatory. I've never had the pleasure of visiting this Conservatory, but it looks beautiful. Great job. Thanks for the guestbook entry in my album of Bright Petals. Have a great week. Sharon

  • Rich Thanks for your compliments. The photo you wrote about was taken in my back yard. My property slopes down to the creek. The water runs most all the time. I have deer, ducks, and other wildlife around all the time. Randy. Minneapolis, MN. Haven't gotten to the conservatory since it was remodeled. I'd like to get over there before they take down the Christmas decorations.

  • Is this a Frederick Law Olmsted design ? It looks just like the Olmsted designed South Park Botanical gardens south of Buffalo, NY ! LOVELY. - Pat

  • I can't tell you how much the pictures of the Como Park Conservatory meant!!! The ones at sunset are trully amazing!!! I took up photography two years ago and have so much to learn, but it is a passion of mine. My sister lives near Como Park and when I visited there at Easter 3 or 4 years ago I had a wonderful visit at that conservatory. It is a happy place for me.

  • Rich, the picture of the sunset from inside the dome is really creative and quite beautiful. I'm having trouble finding the words to describe it. It's like a place in a rousing dream you had one night a long time ago. The Orchids and the views of the sunset from the outside of the Conservatory are also very lovely. Thank you again for sharing your photos. Best regards, Erin

  • Wow Rich these are spectacular photos. Several of them are quite unique showing off your great eye for capturing the money shots. The one that knocked my socks off was the one of the conservatory at sunset! Totally unbelievable, like a giant evil spider web! Thanks for the invite and for sharing your great photos. Best regards. Eva

  • They sure have some special plants here and you were lucky to have the chanche to photograph them. I like picture n. 13 the most. I think it is called "digitalis&q uot;. Here in The Netherlands we call these flowers "Vingerhoedskrui d". Bye, Diana.
