  • The acetate tissue card is basically a top layer of acetate that has been stamped with permanent ink. Underneath layer is a piece of patterned or decorative tissue paper that has been xyroned on the back and glued onto a piece of cardstock. The xyroned on the top of the tissue to adhere it to the under side of the acetate piece. Then adhere the whole thing down on another color card.
