Lovely album, Sam! I am assuming that this garden is on the Duke campus! I love all gardens and you have so many lovely photos here! Our daughter and family live near Mount Airy for the last four years! I wish we could get them closer to home, but our son-in-law has to work! :-) I'm glad you were able to write the guestbook messages after all! Greetings, Sharon P.S. I forgot that I'm logged into my other user name, "sharonmyphotos" at the moment, but don't be shocked. It's me, "photoop23" also! I was having a senior moment or two!

Hi, Sam, After returning from our spring trip, I am back (at last) to catch up on your wonderful albums. I am delighted to see additional pictures in this collection on the idyllic Sarah P. Duke Gardens; many thanks for continuing to share these gems! Thanks very much, as well, for your detailed comments on my album on the monastic site at Glendalough, Ireland. It is indeed a very special place, filled with both historical and spiritual interest in a beautiful and peaceful natural setting. I hope that your spring has been happy and rejuvenating for you and your family -- and that your summer has also begun very promisingly! --Warm wishes, Rebecca

Hi my dear Sam. So good to hear from you again, my friend, and so nice to feast eyes on this amazing album. It feels really good to get a homepage feature on a site like Webshots, so full of wonderful people and talented photographers like you. But beyond the recognition, it’s the friends’ remarks what really count the most. Thanks for your congrats on my featured album (Hummingbirds), for your friendship and for being a part of this amazing community. Cheers! Jorge.

Hi, Sam, Once again, thank you for sharing the delights of this superb garden, in yet another stunning season! The clarity of the winter light in these views is truly moving. Furthermore, the garden structures stand out particularly effectively when leaves are down and the lines of the garden are "cleaner." I have also enjoyed the glimpses of Duke's lovely campus that you provide. Thanks very much for writing about my album on Tintagel, Cornwall; it is always rewarding to read your wonderful comments! (Sorry to be so late in responding; first I was very busy with work, then I contracted a winter virus.) I hope that you will experience a very fine week to come! --Warm wishes, Rebecca

No snow! Lucky to have the blue sky and the nice weather in January! Today we have a temperature of -30 C ( 22 under 0 F) Very cold is it not? Canada is a bilingus country but the english people don't speak french! Quebec is a french country with more 6,000,000 peoples who speak french ! I am not a good model:)))I can read english but it's hard for me to write in english! You are right when you said the signal "STOP" is Okay! We will change this error, soon:)))Have a good night, dear Sam
