Album Description:
Many commercial and industrial buildings have a big flat roof that is a perfect place to install heating and cooling equipment. These pictures show some of the units that I have seen during service calls.

Many commercial buidings and some residential buildings have a flat roof that provides a place to install heating, cooling and ventilation equipment. These units have unique service problems. This album will show some of those challenges in the form of pictures. The first picture is a shot of a rooftop unit installed 3 feet from the edge of the roof. There should be a railing to keep service people from falling to the ground.
