There is a great National Park ideal for walkers, bird watching, flowers and fauna enthusiasts as well as having some breath taking views.

Hi Jane! We had a look at your new additions: a fantastical world!!! Our favorites are the three last pictures in purple and blue! Thanks for visiting our albums! The flat screen monitor (in oertlif: 'travaux...' is from our Dell computer. What do you mean with dish on the roof? The satellit antenna? We had to renew all the asphalt on our roof because of waterdamage... The trees are real palm trees that grow in our garden, the oldest are more than 40 years old... Thanks for your wishes!!! Jane, Looks like you're getting more practice with Fractals too. I like the shades of purple you've used. I've often wondered why you make additions to existing albums. Is it because an album can contain up to 60 entries? I only edit an album to correct an error, usually caused by a typo. For awhile you included the date of the addition, but I no longer find it. It was a big help for someone viewing many of your albums. My guess is the latest additions are photos 48-54. BTW, I miss the quotations you included in your earlier album entries. I'm still practicing making Fractals, but am undecided whether to post them in an album without including some photos. Richard

Hi Jane! I love "Keep Away From Small People." The scene is so gorgeous. I downloaded it to admire. Was that the Rogue River? I wanted to thank you for sending hail our way! :-(( We had rain and hail go through here twice today. The hail was about the size of marbles and larger. We just had a new roof put on a couple of years ago from hail damage. Bob doesn't think this hurt it but hasn't climbed up on the roof to check yet. Usually a newer roof doesn't get much damage. Jane, Thanks so much for the sentiment for Valentine's Day and the beautiful ocean photo. Sharon and I hope you and Rod had a lovely Valentine's Day also. I wish I could send you the bird feeder, but it was a gift from our daughter and I just put it out occasionally for photographic purposes. :-)) We bought a bird house in Medford at Jackson and Perkins' gift shop back in 2000 that had all types of sunflower seeds and other seeds layered on the outside so the birds could eat right off the bird house. Unfornately, they really didn't seem to care for it (probably didn't like the taste of glue). :-(( I plan on doing a few revisions to it and hopefully the wrens will make a nest in it this spring. Yesterday was a gorgeous 50's day and we went to the botanical gardens again. Today has been rainy and tomorrow is going to be icy and snowy. As they always say, if you live in the St. Louis area and don't like the weather one day, just wait a couple of days; the weather will change! Sharon really appreciated the comments in her guestbook on the roses. She really loves her roses, especially since I never promised her a rose garden, but she finally got one anyway. Yesterday, she won an orchid at the botanical gardens as an attendance prize for a members' day program they were having. It's a beauty, but we know nothing about raising orchids. I sure hope she doesn't want me to build her a greenhouse now. :0 Thanks again for all the kind comments and I really enjoy all your albums and I'm glad Rod can chauffeur you around like I do Sharon. Sharon and I just viewed this album together and we both picked the same favorite. That's pretty unusual for us. LOL :-)) Anyway, we love the gorgeous rose under the caption "you Must Do--". Did you grow that rose and if so, Sharon wants to know the name of it? This is such an unique idea for an album. Sharon hasn't tried using the special effects programs yet. Neither one of us has much artistic talent. Thanks for all the kind comments in my guestbook. Crater Lake was one place Sharon had always wanted to visit and that was the main reason we took a vacation out to Oregon about three years ago. She had a Viewmaster Reel of Crater Lake as a child and thought that was some place she wanted to see someday. So we finally made it and we couldn't get over how blue that water was! Our only regret is that we didn't get to cover everything, like the Pinnacles area and we didn't have the energy to hike down to take the boat ride to Wizard Island. You are fortunate to live in such a beautiful state with the mountains, coast, waterfalls, and beautiful Crater Lake. Thanks again. Bob

Hi Jane,This album of yours only gets better and better.Floral Universe is fantastic. I love it. The colour is gorgeous and very stunning. I knew you had a creative eye.Thanks for the info about Rod, growing up and looking after his favourite sheep thats terrific. Michael usually mows the lawn and I do the weeding and dead heading etc. Michael is always afraid that he may pull up flowers instead of weeds. Yes Jane you are right our gardens and flowers gives so much pleasure, and I can tell that you appreciate all the beauty of nature, and the countryside. My daughters thankyou Jane for saying such nice things of their pet cats. I would like to thankyou too for all the wonderful things you have said about my garden and all my photo's and photography, and for going through my albums and commenting on everything.I appreciate all of this you are a super quality person Jane.Hope you have a super weekend. You have a very creative eye Jane. This album has a certain class all of its own.Very Beautiful. We had our two girls and families over today for lunch we had another super day with lots of fun.Yesterday our daughters cat would not stay indoors so I didn't manage to get the pics I wanted, but I will try later.We will probably have a break tomorrow and will go out walking weather permitting.I have really enjoyed viewing this creative album Jane. This album Jane of yours is wonderful. I really love it. Everything about it is so appealing, I think the captions you have added to the pictures are also great and very moving. Thankfully we have no Bears or Cougars to worry about or even Apes as they have in Gibraltar. I was thrilled to see the Colourful ducks shown in my spanish album as I have never seen any of these anywhere else.
