• Start with a low fire
  • Pour in oil...
  • Put in chopped garlic
  • Pour in the ingredients (ie. prawn, sotong and fish filet)
  • Put in 1 table spoon of dark soya sauce and 1 table spoon of fish sauce.
  • Stir well
  • Top with mee (should use the yellow flat mee.  I can't find so I use the round mee instead). I b
  • Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 mins using low fire)
  • This is how it looks like after 10 mins
  • Stir well
  • Done!
  • Time to serve.  The portion is enough for 2 person. :)
