Hello Sam, thank you so much for all your very nice comments on my lavender album, warmest appreciated. Provence in July is very colorful, with lavender fields and the fragrance is incredibly sweet. Flowers are collected between July 15th and August 15th, fields on my album are situated at feet of the Mountain Ventoux, and it happens that it freezes, with sometimes-10°C (14°F) at night in winter. The lavender has multiple usages, we call it ''the blue gold''! Thanks also for your comments on my village and for the invitation to be friend, I am very happy and honoured to accept. Before, I lived in a city and am very glad to live in hills, now. Love returning at home in the evening, after a working day and pass by the small roads, sometimes I meet the shepherd and there are goats everywhere around my car! They eat bushes and protect our region of the fire. I feel very fortunate to live in such an environment, with a desert of scrublands in the North, and the delta of the Rhône which forms the Camargue in the South. What a wonderful garden you have! So many gorgeous flowers! And your shots are splendid, these beauties are very nicely emphazized, with great compositions and perfect light. I enjoyed a lot look at this beautiful album, then winter come here, it was a very nice and relaxing moment.
