Hello Keith! Thanks for inviting me and for putting some beauty in my grey winter day. Your roses close-ups are gorgeous. You know I love portraits, and your photos are like portraits of flowers: concentrating on the essential, in an appropriate background. Light, focus and composition are always just right. I wonder if you used a tripod do these...? Have many more wonderful days with your beautiful flowers! Mike

Hi Keith! You have chosen well to live in a neighbourhood with so many beautiful roses, and hopefully one day you will have a few rose bushes of your own. Lovely shots and I just can't pick favourites here because every rose is beautiful. You have done an excellent job of capturing so many shades of pinks and reds and I know that some of these colours are very difficult to get true to colour, especially the very very dark red. I am sure your neighbours would like you to invite them around for a slideshow so they can see what lovely specimens their roses really are. Thankyou for sharing, Best wishes..
