Jane, thanks for the visit. Rainy day shots can be a real challenge, balancing act...while trying to feel coordinated. Especially when holding an umbrella and the pocketbook decides to fall off the shoulder with a big thump! I have tried everything, from the "hope I look graceful and not too uncoordinated" to "wrap the camera in a plastic bag and make a hole for the lens". Somedays are better than others, but all a learning experience. Right? Yesterday I learned, after several tries, that Food Lion doesn't take the EXXON card. Oh well, we can only laugh at ourselves. Jane, I came back this morning to view the Featured Album. While looking for it, I found three more of your albums that had been featured. You're an old hand at this. The single drop of water of the Gardenia Petals photo (#3) caught my eye because of its simplicity. Now that my 15 minutes (oops, I mean 24 hours) of fame is over I can get back to taking more photographs. There have been more than 7,900 views and 500 downloads from the Lunar Eclipse album which boggles my mind. More importantly, the other albums I've posted have also benefited from this new found fame. I was contemplating deleting the Color Me Red album, but it has had more than 1,100 views this week.
