Album Description:

An all day job from start, picking the fruit, to finish, the final product all sealed. All ingredients grown in our garden except the onions. If anyone is interest in the recipe, just let me know.

  • How I envy you having your own space to grow your garden and create your own lovely relish. I used to do a bit of this myself. In later years, I made jellies and butters, but now the children live too far away and it's too costly to mail boxes of filled jars. They loved my cactus jelly and my pumpkin-carrot butter.

  • A PIEDMONTESE ITALIAN RECIPE!Ingredients for 4 people: 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 anchovy under it climbs (or a spoon of cream of anchovies), garlic, parsley, oil of olive.   • Some neat pepper captures. The relish looks good but too much work for me. I do not have a great garden like you do either.
