How I envy you having your own space to grow your garden and create your own lovely relish. I used to do a bit of this myself. In later years, I made jellies and butters, but now the children live too far away and it's too costly to mail boxes of filled jars. They loved my cactus jelly and my pumpkin-carrot butter.

A PIEDMONTESE ITALIAN RECIPE!Ingredients for 4 people: 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 anchovy under it climbs (or a spoon of cream of anchovies), garlic, parsley, oil of olive. You put the peppers on a warm grate, hand hand strolls that the peel becomes black and they is formed some black beads. In alternative, you can directly roast them on the flame of the stove or in the very warm oven. You close in a pouch or among two flat funds for 5 minutes to rest. You eliminate the toasted skin rubbing the peppers with a clean cloth or with absorbent paper and open them to you in two. You remove the you sow and the contained white filaments to the inside. You cut the strata peppers. You mince the garlic and in a SMALL BOWL and mix it with oil extravergine, salt, parsley and the pasta of anchovies (or the desalinated anchovy) You season the strata of pepper with the sauce and serve you her after having made to rest her for a couple of hours at least. I hope you can undestand my english! GOOD APPETIT ANGELA

Some neat pepper captures. The relish looks good but too much work for me. I do not have a great garden like you do either.
