  • hi Carol ... I have over 80 clumps of irises koz I love them! Some I have purchased but they are bred and seem very weak; I have lost several. Some bloomed last year and didn't bloom this year. Others I got from a local friend who was moving. My main crop right now are "heritage irises" from the mom of my cousin in Missouri ... her mom died two years ago at the age of 90. My cousin Judy dug up 60 irises rhizomes and mailed to me LAST YEAR! some even bloomed last year after I planted in June! Gobs are blooming this year and are huge, healthy plants! Many are just falling down gorgeous! :} sorry you can't grow them in Florida ... need cold winters ... PS .. none of my irises are over 3 years old

  • How many of these do you have??? All new bulbs or have you been collecting for several years? Very pretty. We can't grow them here. Carol
