Album Description:

Early morning light drew me outside. Crouching under a young flowering gum, I discovered the workers were already busy there. Most pics better full size.

  • We should not take our flora and fauna for granted, some of them are very unique. Some of our gums have very smal flowers but close up they are very beautiful.I do like what you have captured here Joyce.

  • This is a delightful album Joyce. Thanks for sharing these photos with us. Thanks also for your comment on my "tentative" Cryssie...she was such a cutie (she still is!) Best wishes, Pam

  • Hi Joyce, I love this album because I relate to it so well. The local council planted young gum trees in the local streets, and they were a mass of flowers a few weeks back. The flowers looked just like yours, and all so low and accessible. As for the bees, and other insects, it was a delight to see. This album has all the shots I never took, but should have. Wonderful work; best wishes from Keith.
