Hello Jill, thank you for you nice comments to my orchids and my grandchildren's albums!!!!!! Okay, it took me some time to get here, but it was you calling me a lady of leisure!! :-) !!! Maybe that's what I am now! Today I do not understand how I had time to go to work!!! This album really got into me! I am renewing my flat and the kitchen was the beginning. I am doing most of it alone and now – after about 3 month I hope it all will be done soon. The kitchen really was the most difficult part – even haven't changed that much. Now there is not much left to do: I have to fix the windows and paint the last room – work for about 2 weeks for me. I am sure you can understand how happy I was yesterday as I put new flowerpots outside my windows. Now I see blooming pansies when I look out of any of my windows. I enjoyed in this album the part when you ran away in your favorite woods to photograph some flowers. :-) :-) I see you new Website is developing beautifully!!!! I wish you and your family health and happiness for 2009!!! - Galit

Hello Jill! I am sure it looks like a insurmountable job, so full of lurking details, with Mr.Murphy lurking in every nook and corner. If I may offer you a word of encourahgement, we did this many years ago, and finally when it all got over, there was surely a sense of relief and satisfaction. I am sure you will be very happy and proud of your home. Suresh

Hi Again Already. God I'm glad it was you and not me who had all this fun. The end result was worth it I would say. You did a great job I must say. I'll have to have a look at part 1 some day. I'll catchup with you soon. Hugs Mate!

Hi Jill, It's a dream home! It looks fabulous. I LOVE that kitchen. I'm totally jealous :) The hall looks great too. You have really gone all out with this. Who's needs to watch makeovers on TV? Much love Chris and Jay

Hi Jill, Renovations are such a challenge and a lot of mess and work. Your end result is gorgeous, a beautiful kitchen. Great utility room and wonderful hall. I enjoyed seeing it all from start to finish. Thank you for visiting my Osprey album, it was a joy to have you. Love Leslie

Dear Jill, thanks for your comments in my foods album, and now I've seen your new kitchen renovation in the full size slideshow, one photo at a time. What a huge undertaking that was! My word, you now have a NEW HOME and it's lovely! I wish you and Nigel many years of enjoyment in that new kitchen. ... Warm hugs, Judy

Dear Jill, I had my kitchen renewed a couple of years ago, and I remember the BIG job of emptying all the cupboards ready to start, and finding somewhere to put all the crates, (no garage unfortunately); so I know exactly the feelings you were going through, with all the upheaval and nowhere to make cups of tea for the workers. And as the old cupboards were carted away, the site of utter devastation which was left behind.....But Oh! the joy when at last it was all finished. Doesn't it look absolutely wonderful? What a splended job they have done for you. And the utility room, and the splendid hallway. You must be thrilled to bits. Thankyou for sharing your experience with us, and I hope that using those rooms will be a pleasure and a joy, for many years to come., best wishes,..Sheila.
