Hi Friends, this is a terrific album, I created a food album but I must say this one has got me beat. I want to thank you for the nice comments on my rocks and minerals album. I started collecting rocks at age 13. The neighbors took me to a lot of rock shows. Than when my son moved to Colorado I went to some rock shops. Most of the rocks I collect today are ones I collect for the yard. I found a lot of beauties in Colorado up in the mountains. Your friend, Linda

Dieses Album hat mich total von allem abgelenkt! Da musste ich erst einmal durch. Und es wurde immer besser und besser. Ein grossartiges und sehr leckeres Album! Im zweitem Teil faellt mir ganz besonders auf wie gross die Portionen sind und wie voll die Teller! Na dann: Guten Appetit! Ihr habt wirklich ausgefallene Ideen fuer eure Alben! Danke fuer die prompte Antwort gestern Abend! Es ist gut von euch zu hoeren! Nein, macht euch keine Sorgen um mich, hier ist alles in Ordnung nur ein wenig hektisch. Zu viel Arbeit. Ich hoffe, ich komme demnaechst auch dazu meine Fotos hochzuladen. So langsam wird es ruhiger. Ich muss NUR noch einen neuen PC kaufen. Die damit verbundene Arbeit schreckt mich immer wieder davon ab, doch es muss wirklich sein. Meine 'Kiste' ist nun fast 8 Jahre alt und sehr langsam. Da schlaeft man beim Bilderbearbeiten glatt ein! :-) Die Passover Holidays sind in vollem Gange. Wir hatten eine wunderschoene Familien Feier mit 21 Personen hier in meiner Wohnung. Es wird langsam eng! Das sind die Tage an denen ich einsehe es ist besser die grosse Wohnung zu behalten. :-) Die Enkel fuellen auch den groessten Raum randvoll an mit Lachen und Lebensfreude! :-) Unser Fruehling ist noch nicht vorbei, doch die meisten Baeume, die normalerweise im Mai bluehen sind schon am Verbluehen. Der Winter war zu streng und hatte zu wenig Regen. Der Fruehling kam ploetzlich und mit viel Hitze. Schon jetzt sind weite Flaechen trocken wie om Sommer. Liebe Gruesse an euch Beiden - Galit

Very pretty presentation of the dishes, especially the desserts appealed to me! I have noticed that the buffets in France are quite a bit different than here in America. It seems like more emphasis is placed on the meat than on the vegetables and the portions on the plates in the restaurants are much smaller than here in America. You've been to America many times--am I seeing this correctly? But, Bob and I very rarely go to an expensive restaurant, so I guess I really can't compare the portion size because the places where you eat look like they're really expensive restaurants. I grew up on mostly home-grown vegetables from Daddy's garden and meals with more veggies than meat--small portions of meat. But my Mom cooked some delicious meals with lots of great desserts. I must say I didn't inherit her love of cooking. And I can't afford the calories on my body--I have to be very careful what I can eat, while Bob can enjoy much more and never gain.
