First spring flowers in my Garden

Hallo, liebste Evi -- Wie schoen! Et quelle joie de voir ces belles fleurs du printemps, dans ton jardin; mille mercis! We cannot grow galanthus, crocus, or primula in New Orleans with any success, but I love to see them. Hier haben wir jetzt, zum Beispiel, Violen, Narzissen, Rosen (sie beginnen), Lobelia (Lobelien?), und viele, viele Azalien. Die "japanesische" Magnolienblumen gehen jetzt weg; sie fallen im Regen ab, als die Blaetter wachsen. (Im Sommer blueht die Magnolia grandiflora.) Also ich muss schon sagen, liebe kleines Schwitzergal! Du entwickelst Dich echt zur Meisterfotografin! Das sind schon wahnsinn's gute Macros...so liebevoll fotografiert...und diese kleinen Bluehmchen bringen so viel Freude in den Tag (hier ist Sturm und Gewitter, brrrr)..Weil wir hier ja keinen richtigen Winter haben, vergisst man leicht wie ergeoetzend doch die ersten Schneegloeckchen immer waren nach dem langen grauen winter, und dann die farbenfrohen Kroketten! Ich hoffe es geht euch gut meine Suesse! Bald ist Ostern und der Fruehling im vollen Schwung und die Kamera hoert bis zum naechsten Winter nicht mehr auf zu knipsen! :D....Smiles und hugs aus Texas meine Liebe! marita
