Hi Yair, It is not so easy t make a nice album about just one flower, but your photographic skills proved the opposite. The many sides of the White Frangipani are captured very well! Greetings, Tjebbe

Yair, I could send you seeds of different Plumeria. I know a friend that lives near you that has plants he received from over seas but don't know how it was handled. Tami

Hiya Yair! The frangipani (sounds nicely exotic) has one of the most intoxicating scents and remind me of two places: of course Hawaii and then Singapore. Every morning when exercising in Singapore in the stiffling heat and humidity of the morning 30C/95F and 100%, first thing I do is rollerblade past the frangipani tree and pick a flower and periodically smell it (one reason was not to faint in the heat :D) the smell just made my day. When coming home I'd place it in a glass bowl with some water and it would continue to scent the apartment all day! A beautiful album of a wonderful exotic treasure, Yair, it just brings back floods of memeories for me :D. Btw, when flying over Iceland I noticed, no Yair, did you change your mind??? Cheers and Shabat Shalom. Marita

Your # 2 photo captures the clean colors of yellow and snow white ina superb way against the background. What camera and lens are you using for your close ups?

Hi Yair: never seen before Plumeria - it is of a disconcerting beauty - as "handmade by a goldsmith"! And the name troubles me as well: what has it to do with bread? In France, frangipane means a dessert cream based on crushed almonds, used for a filling in pastry. Delicious, by the way! - Thanks for this interesting report - and have an excellent weekend! Yours:

Hi Yair, Wonderful album! You've done a beautiful job of capturing these flowers' simple colors and shapes. I love the diffused lighting; it maintains that great color while giving the flowers the soft feel that other pictures lack. Great job! Best wishes for a peaceful summer, Paul. P.S. Thank you for your visit and your very generous words on my Yellowstone album. U.S. national parks are very popular with Europeans and Asians alike and with the cheap US Dollar, it’s a bargain for them too.
