It is privately owned but is open to the public. They run a Mexican Fiesta each spring and usually at that time they have hundreds of Echinopsis in flower as well as many other cacti and succulents

Hi maton51, this garden is magnificent, never heard of it, either owner or place. Is it private property or public place? And not made yesterday? There are a lot of old plants. Beautiful sight, although there was some geometric intentions, it is enough wild.
