  • I was interested to see your Sally Lunn. I read a novel about Sally Lunn en route from NZ to England in 1999. While in Bath, my fiend and I stumbled upon the Sally Lunn tea shop and, having read the book, decided to have lunch there. There was no room downstairs so we were ushered upstairs and seated. We were astounded when we discovered we had been placed next to close friends/colleagues from our own small home town who happened to drop in the same day. We have a lovely photo to remember the occasion. Glad the setting appealed to you, too, Rik. A little gem.
