Dear Jill, Just back from the local nursery with several purchases & it's raining again! So time at last for a look at this album. I'm so pleased that you had such a lovely time & that the sun smiled on you. Such a shame that you could'nt make Polly's 214,but at least you had the better weather! Thank you so much for all your entries in my GB's over the last few months. Sorry i haven't responded sooner, but as you have seen i've been out all the time! Looking forward to seeing your reptiles. Love, Angela

Jill, I'm not familiar with the Blooms of Bressingham family but I'm glad I'm familiar with Jill the wonderful photographer. I enjoyed very much visiting another beautiful album that you kindly share with us. This seems to be a very beautiful place to visit. My list of "must visit" places is so long already... not enough time for all the beauty in the world. Thanks for visiting my my Zoo album and for your kind comments. In both places that I visited, they put glass windows so that it is easier to see the animals and of course it's also very good for photographers (when the windows are clean enough...). Wishing you all the best, Yair.

Hi Jill, How wonderful it must have been to stay at such an amazing place as Bressingham Gardens. Thanks for the tour, I enjoyed it very much. Even in the early spring it is beautiful. I will be looking forward to more pictures when you are able to return later in the season. Hugs, Cynthia

Some lovely photos of a wonderful garden and house. I have to admit I don't know where Bressingham is and will have to rectify that! Your close-up pics of the various flowers are excellent - I think I could do with one or two photographic tips from you! Jo

Hi Jill, Some wonderful photographs. Your visit took me back years to when I was newly planting my garden and I got some great ideas from the gardens at Bressingham. Rebecca's partner is a Bloomfield and comes from the same part of the country. Jill

Hello Jill, what a lovely walk in such enchanting surroundings! Everything speaks the language of Spring, and Nature responds in kind. It must be early in the season; otherwise, this lovely garden, I suppose, would be teeming with many people. The steam engine is an extra bonus to add a touch of nostalgia. Many thanks for the virtual walk. I truly enjoyed this. Take care. Suresh

Hi Jill, you must feel like 'Royalty' to stay in a place with a garden like this! LOL. I know it quite well & visited several times some years ago when Alan lived there. I have read at least 3 books about his early life, work in the fens during 1940's & the move to Bressingham. What a genius he was! I saw foggy bottom as well during it's early years before it was extended. Always enjoyed Alan & Adrians appearances on the old TV garden shows. Your photos show odd the garden well, Foggy bottom is mainly a winter garden but the Dell garden is a blaze of colour all through the summer, you will have to go back again. Best wishes. Eric
