Album Description:
In the 1980's and early 1990's the Franklin Mint Company issued a series of doll houses and room boxes based on the styles of different artists, all in 1/12 scale. These are NOT my houses. I'm just fascinated with them and trying to get more information

I actually own a Hummingbird Cottage. I am not sure why I purchased it as I have never been into doll houses. I saw it in a store in Detroit and just had to have it. It really is a beautiful piece. i have often thought of selling it as we move around a fair bit and it is always a bit of a chore to move it.

Franklin Mint houses! For a second there I was going to congratulate you on winning the lottery. I drool over these too. Sigh. Jen Jemjoop xo
