My, you have been so very busy! It was all worthwhile it looks absolutley wonderful. Thanks to the hard work of yo and your many helpers it is hard to believe it is the same yard. It will be easier to maintain I would imagine too. I love your choice of contrasting plants. This could have been a tv documentary. I watched it all the way through without ad breaks!

Jill, thanks for your visit and kind comments in my White Frangipani album. It's always a pleasure to hear from you. I hope that you feel much better by now and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time in the Lake District. I've never been there but I learned from the pictures that it's a great place and I hope I will have a chance to visit in the future. Meanwhile, I will visit Iceland starting next Wednesday. I just have to escape from the hot and humid weather that we have in Israel... Wishing you a wonderful day, Yair.

Hello Jill, I enjoyed this album tremendously! This is a wonderful documentation of what happened in your garden, Oh yes, a lot of work, but the finally outcome is so beautiful, hat all the work is soon forgotten. Since five years we want to build balconies to the 6-floor-building in which I live. Now it seems at last to become true. I think I will try to keep it all in pictures and videos, like you did. I think even my children would like that. It is so nice to see you all at work. In the slideshow it looks wonderful how the pictures suddenly awake to life and begin to walk and to talk! :-) Your garden is a little paradise. I so much admire you for this. Thank you for all the names you gave me for my Germany flower album. Many names I knew only in German and others only in Hebrew. Thanks for writing in all my albums over the last two busy month. I was never that far behind with my mail!!! Now I am back to my full-time-job and it seems to be very relaxing compared to caring for my daughter, her newborn and her 2-year-old sons. They are sooooooo tired - and so was I, as I returned home. Jill, I hope you are fine! You look good in this album. I hope your health problems are all over and forgotten!! Take care!!! - Galit

Hey Jill, Ground Force don't hold a candle to you mate. What a fantastic job you have done. It's a pleasure to look at and I bet it is a pleasure to sit out there too. Love the way you have put colours together, and is that white wisteria on the pergola? You should go into business landscaping gardens. You make a fortune. Love and hugs Chris and Jay

Hi Jill, Just stopped in to check out the progress of the garden. It is looking great. I can't believe how fast things are growing there. I imagine that you are enjoying a little rest now that the hard work is done. On second thought, if your garden is anything like mine, the work is never done. :) Hugs, Cynthia

...no greater joy than to watch other people work so hard...:D! You have so many beautiful albums, Jill, but I just had to stop at this one (curious, nosy human nature, I guess?). You've done just an awesome job transforming your garden into an almost zen oasis. I watch the homeimprovement shows on TV here all the time, am an avid do=it-yourselfer, and thought for a minute I was watching Designers Landscaping Challenge! Now that you're done I've got 1400 sq meters of Houston Jungle Backyard here waiting for an overhaul! (the gang's invited too :D). My yard has gone to hell-in-a-handbasket the past few years with my backinjury and then my shoulder. The stuff grows like crazy here in the subtropical climate. It is a big job ahead but I started when my parents left a week ago(they visited for 4 weeks) and am taking it slowly. Now the blasting 35C days are almost here with 90% humidity, that makes for a fun workout, believe me. thanks so much, sweets, for stopping by last night, you put a big fat smile on my face this morning with your kind messages. Been meaning to stop by anyway, haven't even gotten a chance to thank you for your last message, so thanks a bunch. Don't know if you send invites out to your albums, but If you do I'd love for you to include me. Otherwise I just don't keep up! Have a wonderful day and sit and enjoy your beautiful oasis (hope it stopped raining there) Big huge german cowgirl hugs from Houston. Marita

I always enjoy watching other people working and this has been great fun!! Clever the way you have organised the family to do all the hard yakka while you stand around recording the moments for posterity (I know, SOMEONE has to do it!!) It's looking good now, for sure but chippings wouldn't do over here - our sun beating down and reflecting off them causes huge increases in glare and temperatures. We tried it once and found out the hard way but Betty's brother in Blackpool did the same as you but several years ago and often says it's the best thing he's ever done!! I also like the way you have interspersed video clips at appropriate moments - I'll have to find out how to do that because I have recently dusted off my camcorder and started taking an interest in video once more. Thanks for the comments in my Three for Friday album this week - that is a fun thing that I am quite enjoying. Also sorry I missed you in MSN. Not so easy for me nowadays and I switch on first thing in the morning and return to it for a few minutes at odd times during the day, as and when..... Will catch up again though but meantime my regards to Nigel (hope his job is still going okay) and the usual love and hugs to you. Peter

Jill, it was very interesting to watch this album and it will be even more interesting to see some more when everything grows. We missed you in the last months but as I see it, it was worth the efforts and I'm sure we'll all enjoy in the future. Thanks for your kind greetings in my new album. I don't really like the 28 thumbnails view of the album pages and I was pleased when I found a way to make good use of it for once... I'm glad that you like it. Wishing you a wonderful weekend, Yair.

Greetings Jill,,, You have done a wonderful job on your garden. It is nice that you had a couple of strong backs in your sons to help you with the heavy work. I kow it is a very rewarding feeling when all the hard work is done and you can sit back and relax. Great job, thanks for sharing. Hugs,, Christy

Hi Jill, Your new garden looks great. It looked like a lot of hard work, but I see that you had your wonderful family to help you. You did a fantastic job and it looks beautiful already. I will be looking forward to future additions to this album. I enjoyed seeing the construction of your new garden and the videos were a nice addition to an already interesting slideshow. Hi Jill, loved this album, it was like watching Ground Force. LOL. I kept waiting for "Charlie" to come through the back door. Yes we have that show here, as well as an Aussie version. Must admit it looks great now and I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks as the summer comes in. Fabulous job and fabulous pictures Love and hugs Chris and Jay
