  • What does the juice taste like? Well, I can only say that it tastes like pokeberry juice. Squeeze a tiny drop onto your finger and taste it (one drop won't hurt you) -- there's nothing to compare it to. It's not bitter, salty, sweet, sour or anything like that. It has its own unique lingering but almost bland taste, which is not really very good but not all that unpleasant either. For jelly, I use half pokeberry juice and half some strong-flavored juice from wild blackberries or commercial pomegranite juice (100% juice with no added sugar) and Sure-Jell.

  • What a wonderful, informative album. I am definitely acquainted with it but only as to its nuisance factor. Glad to know it has so many uses. I have always thought it was beautiful.
