  • I just love your garden and your Photography of it. I love Flowers and Gardens of all kinds but in Victoria Australia where I live we are just about out of Water and our Gardens are dying. Our Botanical Gardens are also and we are losing Giant Redwood Trees 150 years old because of no water. We had a wee bit last night for which we are thankful. I will look at yours for Inspiration. God Bless Bette

  • Absolutly gorgeous--would love to be able to do that with my backyard someday--Was it expensive and how long did it take?

  • Will you adopt me? As I looked through your album and enlarged the photos, I experienced the presence of God and His creative power working through you. Your album will continually bless my life. Thanks so much

  • This ablum should not be missed by anyone who loves beauty, gardens and darliing whimiscal statues, oh yes and Golden Retriebers! It shows that much love and thought along with a lot of painstaking work can turn a forested land into a magical scantuary. Forgive me for getting some names confused, at first I thought I was elsewhere! I have downloaded your backyard to enjoy winter and summer. Thank You for sharing this beauty with us All! Kindest Regards, Ginny

  • Thank you for your kind comments. Our home is surrounded on 3 sides by a forested area; however, the backyard was bare ground when we moved in. We tried a lawn, but the trees provided too much shade and the summer heat fried our fescue sod. My husband purchased the monkey statue because he said it made him smile. That began my challenge to make a nicer backyard with the monkey which I sat on some stones for a bench into a more inviting and maintenance free area. We purchased 17 tons of Arkansas stones, and the rest is what you see. There are two koi ponds connected by the stream. I selected plants that basically take care of themselves: ferns, ivy, ajuga, mints. Even the impatiens come back each summer from seeds. Again, thank you for viewing my slides, and I love your rose gardens.
