Album Description:

Iris is a genus of between 200-300 species of flowering plants with showy flowers which takes its name from the Greek word for a rainbow, referring to the wide variety of flower colours found among the many species.

    • Bernard, nothing humble about the Iris, if we did not have orchids... Iris would be considered exotic! I have 5 varieties of Siberica + several others types but not the ones that require a lot of moisture, my sandy soil is just too dry. Eric
