Album Description:
This is our first attempt at brewing beer, a fun learning experience. Our equipment consisted of new, old, borrowed and recycled. We used an American Amber Ale ingredient kit for our first try. I tried to capture almost every step with a few exceptions.

You should also make a documentary about any alcohol rehab in California . I hate all this advertising and promotion of alcoholic drinks. People have forgotten the true value of humanity.

Hello, Erin! Loved the album! It's pretty much a documentary, but you have such GOOD photos! Many would by proud to stand on their own, as art photography. By the way, are you the "proud brewer" as well as the (obviously) proud photographer? Thanks - Smadar

mmmm- how were the results? Fun to create your own brew. This is a great step by step album. I've brewed a few batches myself, not too bad of results, until the disaster. I flooded my wife's laundry room with the wurt. That ended that. LOL

Hey man, looks good. You might think about investing in an "ale pail" for your next batch. It's a little easier to deal with than the carboy. Check out my brewing album.

Fascinating stuff! This provided more insight than the day I spent at the Guinness Factory in Dublin, fascinating place though it is!
