Hi Galit! Wonderful collection of these amazing flowers and it is something that can just keep on growing because there seems to be endless Hibiscus varieties and colours. Of course I love them all, but the last one has won my heart today -- an outstanding shot, the flower jumps out on my screen and the contrasing stone wall just adds to the photo. Well done! Have a good day.. Gladys, Western Australia.

Hello Galit, a stunning collection of Hibiscus flowers with superb colours. We used to have hedges of these in Africa & local people used to pick the leaves to use as "greens" with their maize meal porridge. We cannot grow these in UK but I do have 5 varieties of the H Syriacus that are a bit hardier. Many thanks for your kind comment on my featured Norfolk fields album yesterday. Eric

Hello my genie and very many thanks for the nice words in my new Adelaide album of photos taken this last weekend. We were there to support our grandson, as I would have told you. He was in the Australian National final of the Voice of Youth competition (Junior division) He didn't win but finished a very creditable fourth out of (a) 7 finalists and (b) 3000+ entrants Australia wide. So we are very proud of him, especially as the competition from the other finalists was just fantastic. He always was a chatterbox though! He's 14 now but I remember when he was just 2 many times I had to ask our daughter where the STOP button was to shut him up!! It was good to hear from you again and a great comfort to know that you are keeping safe and well. Genies aren't too thick on the ground so I have to guard this one carefully!! LOL Love and hugs from your Master!!

Hello Galit; I so enjoyed this album. I don't think I have ever seen so many different colours of Hibiscus. I have one in my yard in a patio pot and will need to take it in when the weather cools down in the fall. I am glad to hear that you and your family are safe. I cry when I watch the news and see all of the terrible violence happening in your country. A friend of mine and her family were there until June a year ago in Jeruselum going to school. We will pray that you and your family and loved ones remain safe and that all this violence will stop soon. Best wishes, Marjie

I hope you are still well away from all the trouble spots because those of us in far off lands only get the news that the broadcasters want to tell us - they don't think to let us know how Galit is! Miserable lot. Hey, your Hibiscus are just beautiful and I enjoyed my tour very much. As I said in on of the messages we only seem to have two colours - at least that's all we have in our garden. Maybe I should look around the garden centres more closely. Keep safe please and give us an update from time to time. Love and hugs, Peter

Hi Galit! You have been in my thoughts and I sincerely hope that you and your family stay safe throughout this troubled time. I have just had 3 days away from the computer while enjoying a visit from my eldest daughter, so it was such a surprise when I just turned the computer on and found that my Wineglass Beach photo is in the Editor's Collection of Beaches. Thankyou for your kind words, you did well to find the correct album as I expected the Link from the Beaches Collection to lead straight to the album concerned, but it only goes to my site. It is rather much to expect viewers to go through all my albums to find the one containing the featured photo. Best wishes, stay safe and take care.. Gladys, Western Australia.

Thankyou so much for sharing them and looking at this album of mine hidden away in the wastelands of Webshots. do please take care and God Bless you and keep you and your family safe, Ken

Hi Galit, thanks for your very kind words in my Flame Tree album. You are right regarding the tall trees - they are located in Dubnov street. IThey were too tall for close-ups so I had to search for more trees and found them in several places in Tel-Aviv, even close to my home. It was not an easy task to take pictures of the red blossom but you know I like challenges... I don't remember that you told me about similar trees in Kfar Sabba. It could have been a good reason to visit your town... Wishing you a wonderful week, Yair.

Hi Galit, so while I was away for the weekend you have made a new flower album. Gorgeous as always. Poor me, I had much less luck with my pics although the weather in Kristiinankaupunki was fantastic. And my camera is OK but the one who uses it is not very clever.. They come in so many forms, single, double, frilly, etc. and an endless variety of shades. This is a collection that could grow huge over time.
