Thought it was about time I came knocking at your doors! LOL! These are all so interesting Judy, thank you for your visits and comments. Hope your family are all doing fine, have a great and safe week, Hugs Carolyn

Hi Judy, I stopped in your door album. It has grown by some since I was here last. Wonderful album you have here. This album is very popular. Am I reading right that some are wanting their photos rotated to the first position? That is funny. Everyone wants center stage in this album. Great!

Hello Judy, I have been knocking at doors in your album again... it is such a beautiful collection and one that I never get tired of! Thank you! Hugs, Mandy

My dear Judy; I could not help but go through this album again. I just love it and these many doors from around the world. Please don't feel as if you have to answer these comments, I just could not help myself when I saw something that spoke to me. This is such a wonderful collection and it was a treat this morning to come back for a visit. Love and Hugs, Marjie

Hello Judy, this is a fascinating album. How rich, so many designs, colours, beautiful shots. I also have a couple doors and doorways, but spread out in my many albums. Hope you are well, best regards from (rainy) Geneva. Barbara

Hi Judy, A fabulous collection of doors of the world. You commented on my red door in my Santorini Album, and I did not quite understand when you wrote I would like to add it to my doorways of the world album. I would be honored if you did!! All the best , Mary

Hi Judy, thanks for your kind comments. We have been to France and it was great. Still have to make an album here on Webshots. Got 1 door :) The Monet gardens were great. We have a heatwave here now and lasted almost 14 days now. Europe isn't used to temperatures above 30C so none of our houses have airco, not even hospitals, schools and most of the offices. So you can imagine how live is here at the moment. Sticky, hot and uncomfartable :) greetings from Holland Rita

Judy, I am sorry you were unablw to use any of my door photos in your collection. I had cut them all down. If I go back to Cuba, I'll remember to save my photos in original size. There were so many old beautiful doors there. We got to go to Cuba because my husband is Cuban and had relatives there. I agree, it could be an outstanding vacation spot and a real gem of a resort area. Maybe one day it will be again. Carol from Fla., USA

Hi Judy, I can't believe that I still did not write in this album's guestbook!! I looked at it several times, but . . . .! The collection keeps growing and growing. And one entry is more beautiful than the one before! Your editing does wonder to all of the images! Thank you so much for your kind words in my Hibiscus album! I appreciate your comments very much! I was delighted to hear about your great feedback on your 'feature day'! Now - with the photo messages - the feedback is even more surprising! :-) There are more than 200 picture messages in your featured album! Woooooow! I believe that you were overwhelmed! :-) I think I would be busy for a year! :-)) And now I am going to make it overflow again . . . . Have a nice day! - Galit

Hello Judy, I have really enjoyed your album on DOORS. I like DOORS, too. I have created a special album in my stuff for you to look at, titled DOORS. Feel free to use any of them you wish. They are all from a trip I took to Cuba recently. Carol

Hi Judy, come for my once in a while look at your doors, still growing which is good, pity the doors of the world were open to everybody to enter, what a marvellous place that would be, take care and have a good week bug hugs kKen xx

It is amazing how this collection is growing. A delight to see the new editions. I just saw the 'LL' in the previous message. This is a separate letter in the Spanish alphabet it is called Spanish 'ellje' and the pronunciation is more as 'lj' somehow like in million. Hard to explain. Mex-Bug hugs Heidi

Hi Judy, Thanks for including my doors in this album....the answer to the 'Lama' question is one 'L' as in Dali Lama...with 2 'LL's' it becomes an animal...Terry, SLC, UT

Hello Judy. I seem to be so behind in viewing albums. With summer finally upon us here in Oregon, my time is spent everywhere but the computer. This album sure has evolved. What wonderful contributions by members. I will come back again to see what you are up to. Best wishes, Lynn

Judy, If you are still looking for doors I have an album entitled 'Italian Doors & Windows' on my homepage, and have just added albums from Beijing China that include several doors and details...check them out. Terry, Salt Lake City, Utah

Hi Judy, it was nice to see the doors from Hvitträsk in your album! This place is unique as 3 famous architects lived there in 3 houses they have designed themselves. The third architect who lived in the main building, Eliel Saarinen, designed the Helsinki Main Railway station. He moved to America and his son Eero designed a black skyscraper in Manhattan and the Gateway Arch in St Louis and the TWA terminal at JFK airport.. These were his childhood surroundings.. I am so happy you could place my doors in your wonderful album. You couldn't have chosen better among the ones I had to offer. Love, Merike

Dear Judy, I did wonder if you might have to create another album for all your doors. It was a great idea and its wonderful to see so many different ones world wide. I have enjoyed looking through them all once more. Hope you are having a good weekend. We are continuing to enjoy some great summer weather. Love and hugs Jill

I have added all my accounts in my favourites as you suggested. At the moment they seem to be right after your own user name.. I thought it nicer to tell people about them in my Profile but it is handy of course. Love, Merike

Hi Judy, Just viewed this absolutely gorgeous "doorway" album with such history and beauty. I so enjoyed this. What a creative and interesting theme you've created. I loved this! Linda (Oregon)
said HouseOFriends
I knew you'd have to grow! "Doorways" is such a big subject and in reality the U.S. is a small place, it had to happen. There's so much history not in North America, it'd be a shame to leave them out!
said bisquitzoe
Hi Judy, Cotswold is a charming area and I have had 2 great holidays there. Going to Giverny next month to visit Monet gardens, if I see any great doors there, I will take a photo :) Thanks for all your comments. Yes it is a Canon but a S1. Just ordered the Canon Powershot A620 as it makes great macros. The S1 hasn't got a special setting for macro :( bought mine December a year ago.
said coanri
Hi Judy; This is an outstanding album and SUCH a great subject. I love the response you have gotten here.Just love seeing flavors of Europe, but must admit that Cotswold and Lake District are my favorites. Now I must go back and see your strickly American one. Best Wishes, my friend...Marjie

Hi Judy, makes sense to put the world's doorways together, I have only just noticed you have split this great album, I hope you will rotate the first pic, got to be fair, have a good week Ken
said hircock100
I'm glad to see 'my' doors in your new album. Your collection of doors is really beautiful. Wishing you a wonderful weekend, Yair.
said ykarelic4
I'm honored to be the first one. These "Doors" were so a beautiful idea but did you ever think it would turn out like this? Both of the albums are outstanding. And all the people participating. Isn't it a beautiful world? Thanks again for your outstanding work. That brings the world closer together. At least the Webshots world. Bug-hugs Heidi
