Album Description:
I was directed to this field which really is off the beaten track. Unfortunately it was a very cold windy evening, nevertheless the wind produced some interesting results.

Hi Craig, Scotland does have so much beauty and here's another item the country can add to its collections. You've covered this area quite well, even the wind does these fields justice. I also wanted to thank you for visiting my Featured album and leaving such nice comments within my guest book entries. A surprise to me this morning while opening my email, finding a long list of folks from all over the place. Best regards and thanks again. Greetings from the Oregon Coast. Ron

Hello Craig, thankyou for the visit & kind comments on my within 5 miles from home album. Quite different to scenic Scotland! however we do grow daffs around here & up into Lincolnshire. I enjoyed this album, different to the usual daff albums we see & the sunset adds an extra dimension. Last year I drove all around looking at daffs & other flower fields within 50 miles (that album is on ericy102). You have obviously seen some exciting places in USA but I guess from the subject matter you are into winter sports of some type, hope to view some more soon. Eric

Love the "swaying in the wind"! Just stopped by to see why you entered a note without saying anything? Must of been trouble with WS? Anyway, have a great weekend. Super photos. Gin the artist

Dear Craig, WOW! Braving the wind was really worth it I love these pictures and envy you so much where you live. I know if it was me I would want the daffodils in focus too, but the movement really works in these pictures and the lighting of the setting sun is superb. Take care now and thank you for getting me excited about these pictures, Jill

Hi there my friend....What an absolutely beautiful album that I chose to reply to in. It is just breathtaking and I had a hard time chosing my fav...You have captured such a beautiful light that would make any artist want to jump right in there. I imagine being there, and you sure captured the stunning beauty and the wildness of the wind playing with the daffodils. My friend, your work is as ever just exceptional and a total delight to view. I am hoping that you may let me paint one of these captures, and I am totally drawn to the magic of that last shot. A total ripper, although many of these pulled at my heart. Hope your leg is better and I did have a laugh to myself on that one. Tks for sharing about the Douglas Fir and I hope you have it a cuddle for me. I have soo many albums to catch up with of yours....but am totally thrilled to with the delight that I saw through your eyes on that windy evening with the Scottish Daffodils. Complete inspiration and for an artist...the light captured is just divine. I absolutely loved this journey and also shall return to wander in the fields....Tks heaps for sharing these precious moments captured...and shall catch you soon. Tks for the lovely words and welcome back...Take care...and have a really great day....Em p.s. Did you get to college?
