  • A AMAZING album Darlene! I LOVE macros and I must admit that I'm always wondered for the quality of those shots in your collections. I think this album need a DESERVED feature to be know from the largest number of users. MY APPLAUSE and my BOW! Ruggero

  • Fungi! See something good has come from the blogs! Your flower pictures are wonderful although they do seem kind of out of place for a New York winter! Great job, Take care. Don

  • Wow! Nice album. My favorite of your flowers is your rosy pink Luma Hibiscus I love those large blooms this bush has. Dear friend Darlene, Thank you for your recent visit and alway wonderful comment in my new site Nannygoose. Hopefully it will fill up with albums soon. I will be glad to see spring again here when flowers are dancing, and nature smiles once more in our valley. I plan to make a few trips here in the NW this year so new stuff will fill this site soon. Hugs, Laura

  • Darlene: Thank you for your comments on my featured album yesterday. Praise coming from as talented a photographer as yourself makes it more meaningful. Friends of mine in Syracuse say they have snow that will not leave until Spring - presume it is the same with you. Have a great 2006! Jim

  • some of these are so good they almost look 3-D. the depth is really incredible especially in that first dragonfly shot. i think my favorite of the bunch though is #46 where you can see that little insect in flight at the bottom left corner. the green background and the white orchid looking flower bring it all together. i love that little bug. nice album and one sure to gain you plenty of accolades. take care. george-

  • Hello Darlene! After all the Holiday and winter albums, it's wonderful to get summerflowers and others! We love dragonflies, #37 is a very special one with B&W wings. Our favorite flower pictures: #32 in purple, then #41 and 42... My very favorite photo is #72 with the gulls! Love and hugs, Käthi

  • Hi Dar! You have some great creature shots in here. The amount of different colored dragon flys is amazing and you captured them to perfection. I love the birds and that white with red dahlia is a ripper mate. Catch you later! Hugs Al.

  • Hi Dar, What a wonderful album, so full of beauty to view, in this lousy weather we have been having. Nothing pretty around here. Is that beautiful yellowbird, a goldfinch? Love it! I'm so partial to birds, love the Morning Dove also. Your flowers are beautiful. We won't see fresh ones here until late May, if we are lucky. With an early Spring could be first part of May. Thanks for the invite, girlfriend. Hugs, Sharon
