  • Great use of colour. I just love chrysanthemums. These make the ones in my New Zealand garden look like a poor second. Thankyou for sharing. Bernard

  • Hello, What a wonderful collection of pictures. I hadn't realised just how diverse chrysanthemums were. I particularly like the Sagu-giku - as you say they are both strange and compelling! thank you for sharing them....Gilly

  • Hello again Yoshiyuki, truly amazing! I have never seen such an exhibition of Chrysanthemums. In fact although I thought I knew a little about chrysanths I have never seen those special shapes before, thankyou for enlightening me. My favorites are still the large incurve ones, they have a special romance for me. Eric

  • Hi Yoshiyki and Gabriella, If Trudy is lost for words I am truly absolutely astounded, I have never ever seen any thing like it, a real wonderful show of the art of growing Chrysanthemmums, all captured so beautifully in your wonderful camera skill, I have emensly enjoyed this trip through a veritable wonderland, I have many favourites, in fact all of them but in #62 and several like the art is really shown with each stem and flower with its own collar, and #80 the colour is such a glorious shade of mauve I would suppose, I could go on and on but I am sure you wouldbe bored, suffice to say this I can see in the big lights of a feature, take care my friends and god bless for bring such wonders to our sceen, Ken Ps I have just noticed that I am doing this from my other site please forgive me

  • Hello Yoshiyuki, Dear Friend, what a wonderful recognition of Trudy. Flowers are always great theme to capture their beauty. You have mastered composition in these images and colors are amazing. As you noticed on some my photos from travel to Egypt the quality of images are affected by strong Red Sea winds. However, majority of photos are okay because were taken inland. Egypt and ancient sites are spectacular I will chronologically keep my presentation as our sightseeing of Egypt will develop to the full excitement of visiting the most known antiquity in the world. Friendly greetings, Rafal

  • Hello! I am really at a loss of words to describe the pleasure I had viewing this album. What splendor. I was not aware of the culture of these flowers in Japan, and since this is one of my favorite flowers, I especially enjoyed this album. I think # 50 is my first pick, and closely followed by # 63,65,67 and 70. Thanks so much for all the information along with the images... Trudy-Oregon
