    • Hi Brenda. Several months ago (about 9 I guess) I downloaded two of your poppy pictures from this album. They are two of my favorite wall paper shots and have really inspired me to get pictures of poppies. I still haven't captured them as well as you have, but I am trying. Even planted some in my garden this year. This is a wonderful album and I just bookmarked you today so I can find your beautiful pictures again and again. Thanks so much for sharing.....Marion

    • Just wanted you to know how very much I enjoyed your flower closeups and all of your other albums as well. It is great to see photos of places I haven't been. I call it my virtual vacations.     • Hello, Brenda - Another great album! How do you get a dark background with the flower standing out so beautifully? Is it the Canon EF, 100mm, f2.8 macro only, or do you have the flower against a backdrop, or alter it somewhat in a software (photoshop, etc.)? It is a very beautiful technique (the dark background behind the flower) that I see you have used frequently. Nancy
