Hi Barb, I love this album of your, beautiful colors, thanks for making it. A couple of weeks ago you ask me about a telephoto lens for Nikon, with old models like coolpix 990 and 995 Nikon it was possible to add lens but for now i don't think they offer that kind of feature with there new generation of Coolpix. It's very rewarding and encouraging when friends take the time to stop and comment. I have really enjoyed viewing your photos 'fullsize' of this fabulous sunflower field. You did a terrific job especially seeing how very hot it was. I must say that you got some excellent shots. I love sunflowers myself as they remind me of Italy, which of course comes hand in hand with sunshine. Italy is my favourite European country and I remember many years ago when I was on holiday there, passing a field of sunflowers. I regret to this day that we never stopped to take photos. Hello Barb, These are fine, bright, and cheerful photographs. You have some good closeups of the floral heads with nice details and color, good job. Thank-you for your visit and kind words per the "30 to 40 Years Ago" album. It has been an interesting but time consuming project since the scanner records every little bit of dust and even adds some blotches of its own, all of which must be spotted out. If you like processing pictures then scans might be for you but if you do not like to spend a lot of time on each photograph you may not find the scans much fun. Hope all is well with you and yours and I think Buddy was right about Spring on the way, but Winter has still got a few cold days for us. We had zero Fahrenheit this morning but it was in the forties and raining two days ago, weird Winter. Take care and God bless, Carl
