  • Hi Jayne and a big thank you for writing in my Aussie Landscapes GB. Some of those pics were over 30 years old! It's given me the opportunity of looking at some of your albums and I guess it was only natural that I should choose the rose album first because I'm a bit of a nutter where roses are concerned and spend hours photographing them (that's apart from all the other mundane stuff like deadheading etc!) So it's nice to meet other rose lovers and there's quite a few of us in Webshots, for sure. I've bookmarked your site so will be able to get back to see some of your other work as the weeks go by.   • Hi Jayne, your roses are gorgeous! Do you grow them in your garden? So many different roses! The colors are amazing. The lavender color seems so unusual for a rose! I never saw those whites with the pink border, as in picture #5+23. Wow! There are never to much roses! Never too much pictures of roses. My album of roses has much more visitors than the other albums - the strawberries are the next choice! :-) Thanks for looking at my Royal Poinciana album some weeks ago. Yes, a powerful color, but here we are used to them. People talk about how awful it is when the flowers fall down and how much dirt that is. The trees here bloom in every possible color - but no dogwood, not a single one! :-) Have a wonderful day! Galit from Israel

  • Thank you for your comments on my Rainbow pictures.I really enjoy taking pictures even though most of them are from my backyard like those and I have buildings blocking a really great view.

  • These roses are beautiful! I browsed around your albums and presume you were using a fairly powerful telephoto on the bear pictures. I liked the streams, trees, etc. Arkansas and its neighbors have beautiful country as do all the states. I think you probably missed the photos of the inside of the San Xavier Mission which I was entering when you sent the message so take another look if you want. Jim in Washington State
