  • Wow Sharon, so many fun flower shots here, I have to mention just a few that I really liked! Of course, your asiatic lilies are star performers, but also loved the many daffodil shots they are just the epitome of Spring! The Jump ups, bright Zinnia, and the peace rose are just gorgeous and lovely colours! I think my favourite are the shots of the Heirloom Iris, just a fabulous flower! Flowers are a wonderful subject to capture and gets addictive to view, plus a great way to brighten any desktop or tired eyes! Many thanks for sharing your gorgeous blooms, as well as taking time to visit my albums and leaving such lovely comments! Take care and warm wishes, amy

  • Hello Sharon, Well like you I always answer Gb's I think that is the only courtesy way to go. this is a beautiful flower album, full of my favourites, Tulips and Roses, I like your Rose of Peace. You are not the first of my many american friends who do not know what a fen is, The Area that I live in was once all swamps and reed beds similar to Wicken Fen which is just a very small part that has been preserved. It was drained several hundred years ago and is now a very rich arable farming area, It is still drained by a series of drains or dykes and pumping staions. most of the area is below sea level. That is why lots of my albums have small river views. By the way if you look in my rose album there is a small surprise there for you, thanks for the interest shown and I intend to go back to Wicken Fen very shortly, god Bless Ken

  • Yes, flowers certainly do inspire the soul and your garden is a paradise. So many beautiful shots here that I can't pick favourites, but I do love the Peony in #1, the Heirloom Iris, the Columbines, and that Amarylilis is so tall.. Thankyou for sharing your wonderful flowers.. Gladys, Western Australia.
