Hi Pam, What a fantasic place to visit I think I would love to go there. I love gateways like that, they invite you in. All those scillias too they must have spread over many years to have that number of them. That cat bench is a delight too almost too nice to sit on. Jill

Hi Pam, this looks a nice place. Love the various sculptures, although i'm not sure about the 'friendly face', he looks a bit menacing to me!! I would really like the cat bench for my garden. The 'pretty blue flowers' are Anemone blanda, i've got some in the garden. Best wishes Angela.(OFC)

WOW Pam, what a delightful album of a gorgeous place. Your photos are excellent and you look to have had the place to yourselves but I don't suppose you did. Or is it your country retreat? (Well, you never know who you are talking to on here do you?) Nice to see something from you again and it goes without saying that I am looking forward to your forthcoming visits to the lakes - you ARE going there this year I hope? All best wishes, Peter in Western Australia
