  • Hi slm7780, The garage apartment shown here, is something we designed from scratch, and had our own plans made. We only had the inspiration house photo to go by.   • Hi nd69, Thanks for the comments! As for where Hope Valley is, it's only about 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe. Heading South East, I can't remember the Highway, but it's not Hwy 50. I think it's 88 or 89??

  • I LOVE your photos of Hope Valley Ca. Someone with an obvious eye and great photos. I need to get my albums back up. I lived in Ca. for about 10yrs. Not sure where Hope Valley is. I know where every other place is, From Bishop to Tahoe, to Mammoth Lakes. Great work!!!!
