Album Description:
A week spent near the ocean that was clouded by the tides of nature, the weather was overcast, but the first light of day brought the glory of the opening of the flowers that grace the beaches and her surrounds. Any help with the name of beach flowers wou

Hi There....just had to comment on your albums they are wonderful. I especially love the kittens they are so adorable. I have downloaded some of them and some of your other pictures. Thanks for bringing a smile. The shell picture in this album is awesome. Cheers to you. Sheree, Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

Hi Em. It's hard to pick a favourite in an album so full of colour but I'll go for the second six on the first page. I definitley have not seen them before. Thanks for sharing Em. Catch you later. Cheers Al...

Hi again Em, I think the close-ups in this album are very clear and foccused!!!! May be I am not???? I like especially the picture of the shell!!!! Even a small camera can do well. It depends much more on the eye behind. Your composition is always so special! Even your flowers in the shade and with a dark background came out great. I like the Heliconia and those Lilies dancing like flames around in the wilderness. - Galit

Em, where have you been, young lady-out and about? Just caught your note and very nice comments, "soft and mysterious" in Fall Maples, comes with the territory, lots of trees in this portion of the State. Maples seem to grow just about anywhere around here, even in our yard. I transferred some seed to this yard from 180 miles away and they all made it. The Vine Maple is the slow-growth maple, reminds me of Japan-soft and mysterious. Fog is another of my favorite subjects, as it softens up the background, foreground too, but the rest of the forest has that mysterious look of softness when fog is present. One really doesn't see the maples until they turn colors, then they're everywhere you look. Thank you for writing, thank you for your comments. I'll bet our maples would grow down under and if you'd like to have some, let me know. Its nice knowing that you're back on line once more. Ron/Oregon Coast

Em, it's so good to see you back in action. Were these gorgeous photos taken with the new camera? If so, it does a great job. There's so much of beauty right at our feet, and I'm glad you see and capture it; you have an artist's eye. The colours are so vibrant and rich. Had you not said those two shots were out of focus, I would never have known. They look just fine to me. As for the pippi shell, marvelous. Give that camera a good work out, I'm watching for more photos. Best wishes, Keith.

Hey Em, I love your new album! The pictures are so beautiful and the colors are so bright and pretty. Looking at the other posts, I guess you just got a new camera as well. Well, you seem to be getting some great pictures with it! Anyway I hope you are having a great new year so far! ~e

Em, just for the sake of writing, would you locate more/less where you make your home so I can find it on a world map-what portion of Queensland? City? Something close? Ron

Hi Em, Happy New Year to you. How lovely it is to see such stunning, vibrant colours at this time of year. Everything here is a bit drab and grey but the birds are singing and the shoots of the snowdrops, and daffodils are just starting to poke their heads above ground to see what weather awaits them. This album certainly brings colour to the lives of those who view it and your images managed to brighten up my day. Great as always Em, you must be very pleased with this outing.I hope that you are well and had a great festive season. I'm out of action for a while (6months ) due to a snapped achilles tendon and a leg in plaster. No photos for me then! That'll teach me to do the Highland Fling in the street. Warmest regards, Craig.

Em, you're getting out more and of course, your pictures are again gorgeous-like you camera? These photos depict Spring, but you're in the Summer mode-what gives down-under, anyway? "Ohh-so-bright& quot; I downloaded and the Banksia appears to be a cactus of sorts...true? Our weather is keeping us inside, so no pictures have been taken since my last album, even had snow this week, but gone at this time. Take care of yourself. Ron/Oregon Coast

You are getting used to that new camera pretty quickly Em and these photos are gorgeous. That red and yellow flower is like none other that I know and the Heliconia is just superb - we don't have them over here either. And you REALLY surpassed even your natural abilities with that photo of the shell - that is a masterpiece, young lady. All in all this is a great album with which to make your return to the fold!
