Hello my little lambkin and very many thanks for writing such wonderful words in my After the Storm guest book. Strangely the pics you chose as your favourites were mine, too, so how's that for a coincidence? Actually it didn't look all that bad but in fact both storms lasted best part of two days and it got VERY wild at times. I was tempted to go out and take some photos but discretion got the better of me and I stayed indoors in the dry! Now tea time so tata for now. Hugs, Peter

I've already commented on this album but when it was time to see you to thank you for your entry in my Yanchep National Park guest book it was only natural that I should choose this album as my platform. Glad you liked the koalas. I thought you would. I was lucky that one of the babies was more or less at eye level tucking into some tasty gum leaves. A few minutes later and he had disappeared round the other side of the tree and we had no access. So it was another case of being in the right place at just the right time and with camera at the ready! Bless you for your nice words and thoughts - I have come to be very dependant on them. Kathy - in a word, FABULOUS! We have hibiscus a plenty but there are varieties in your album that I have never seen. Are these growing in your garden? Also, of course, you must be applauded for your captions which are so important and yet so frequently ignored. The trouble with an album like this is that one simply cannot pick out any single one and say, THAT is the one I like best. I started out with pencil and paper beside me, intending to write down my preferences but suddenly realised I was writing down every single picture as it came on screen. My Dear Katja, if we were not such good friends, I would be green with envy right now after having viewed your latest wonderful album! As you know, I have featured hibiscus blossoms in several of my flower albums, but never have I seen such an exquisite collection of mostly exotic blossoms - where did you ever discover these? They are simply gorgeous through your excellent composition and photography - your clever captions just add the icing on the cake! This is Spring time, blossom time, and I wish Webshots would let all its other members get a taste of this album.! The colors, shapes and textures are just out of this world - and, trying to single out a favorite would be like asking which of the Hawaiian islands is the best - they all are in their own right. So I won't name any particular favorite photo - I love them all. I wish you lots of success and compliments from your friends, which, I am sure, will be forthcoming.
