LOL....i always knew that food was beautiful, right before it went in my mouth. Better go make some more, take some of the meat counter and the seafood counter, that may be the only way we will be able to remember what it looks like with the gas prices driving up the prices at the store. Here in Ga., i heard on the news that TYSON is going up on their price of CHICKEN. Can you believe it? when you couldn't afford anything else, you could always get chicken.

Hi, looks like a fun album. We tried to take photos in the store, and they quickly told us no cameras were allowed in the store. So we headed for our Farmer's Market, and had more fun anyway. Gloria from Oregon

Hi Candi, I enjoyed this album very much, not only because of the great idea behind and the perfectly selected display details, but also because of interesting analogies and differences of merchandises and packing in both our countries! I recognised Philadelphia and Kraft, but I wouldn't have identified the yogurt! I like the Welch's package, it makes appetite for the fruit juice. (Welch's is not available here.) Hi Candi, the produce in your grocery store looks very nice. It looks strange to me to have beer in the same store as the groceries although i know in the States that's how it is. Here in Canada you have to leave one store and go to another, kind of stupid i think.Great shots. Claudette

Here you go makin me hungry again! I'll never forgive you for the pictures of the apple pie and ice cream you showed me a while back! You definitely have a way with the food photos. My favorites in this album are the bags of fruit in the red netting. I'll bet you made the store manager nervous. He/she probably thought you were a quality control representative of some sort!

Hello Candi, This is an interesting album and a different look at most people's everyday objects. I particularly like the shopping carts, grapefruit, potatoes, and eggs. My photography this summer is mostly record shots at various events, one of which is a new album of the Band Organ rally and the others may develop into something later. I'm glad you continue to look into a world that many of us miss.
