  • Hello Sherri. Only too happy to help. The frames are with Photoshop. Select the colour that you want for your frame as a back ground colour click on "image". Its along the top next to "edit" Select canvas size. Check the relative box. in th width and height boxes try maybe..20 pixels. Scrool down the box to the right of W and h. Bingo. The watery effect.. select filters open liquify..it's in the top section and have a good old play around. If you need any more help.. bernard_innz@clear.net.nz Cheers Bernard
