Your garden is so very lovely. I wanted to just step into the photos and be there to visit with you. A garden speaks volumes of the gardener. You must be beautiful person. God bless you. Michelle (New York)

Hi Els! What a fantastic garden, with such variety of wonderful flowers and little details (I adore!)! It is very beautiful (like your « other » garden!) I like specially nr. 1 (great macro!), the poppy (nr. 15), the nr. 5971 and the snail!!! (nice!). Unfortunately, I cannot the names in English of the ancient vegetables I want to plant…. In French they are: topinambour (Helianthus tuberosus), persil racine, panais (parsnip? Latin: Pastinaca sativa ), chou-rave, chou-navet (kohlrabi? Brassica oleracea), old varieties from tomatoes, beans and turnips, and also artichokes, cardoons (Cynara cardunculus), and much more…. But for us, like you, it’s still too cold! We have more than one month of retard!!!! My garden just begin to have a pair flowers!!! Good Easter! Greetings, Luz

Hi Els, this is a wonderful album, I don't know how I skipped it until now. This is a beautiful garden and a beautiful album. I believe you did not visit yet my garden (it's in ykarelic3). Thanks for visiting my new album ("Thankyou...") and for your kind words. Take care, Yair.

Nice garden photos. Doyou still keep both gardens? Ossiacher See is near Villach, and I think there is possible to see highest Julian peaks. I had been taking some of the pictures from the Spik, very prominent peak from Martuljek group about 2500 m high. The sheperd's houses are above lake Bohinj on summer pastures from 1300 to 1700 m high. Very nice trcking terrain, and not too demanding. Suitable for several houres long walks, and during the season you can meet mountiners from all aroud the Europe. Also many from Netherland. But this year was bad season, lot of rainy days, so I haven't been around sa many as I planed. Maybe next year more. Have a nice week! Your friend from Slovenia, Ludvik

Hi Els! I have just been admiring your beautiful garden, so neat and tidy and full of so many beautiful flowers. Always gives you a good subject to photograph. Of course I like them all, especially the lovely blue Campanula #6, the Lilac and the Anemone. We grow so many of these varieties in Australia, and unfortunately we also have Snails! Best wishes and thankyou for sharing.. Gladys, Western Australia.

Hi Els, What a beautiful garden you have, I think that the flowers this year have been particularly good, you have a similar climate to us just being over the North Sea as we call it, a good mix of all the favorites, The Blue Campanula I think is a beautiful delicate shade of blue, and #39 is what we call a Common Darter, this one is male, thefemales have a yellowy body. I have about 30 pics of them taken this summer, the are loads of them in the fields behind my bungalow. I have enjoyed this album very much. all the little snails and insects, well take care my friend and God Bless, PS Thankyou for making me one of your favs it is very kind of you.

Hi Els. WOW!! YOur garden is just amazing and your photos...just stunning. I loved them all!! The Campanula shots are just stunning. WOW!! Macro work is just pure excellence. From the very first shot I was enthralled by teh beauty of your work. I loved all the little creatues, from the living to the gnomes. They are too cute hey and they certainly look like they are having a ton of fun in their stoney world. Great camera work again my friend and tks for lovely words in Kitten album. The 3 kittens are fine, although I haven't seen them since I left the city a month ago. Two of them, male and female live with the same woman, but sadly the 2 males are both deaf. They are still beautiful but need to be watched outside as they are prone to be victims of cars. Other than that...pure bliss and Kodi the one stll with my son and his mum...got very attached to me while I was catsitting. I pray that he has a beautiful life and shall be checking on him when I fly home for a visit soon. Tks for sharing your magnificent garden Els..It is such an achievement and those beautiful roses...There must be a beautiful aroma...filling the air and I am soo thankful that you shared this beauty. Have a really great day. Kindest regards....Em from Aussie

Hi Els! I love an album of your garden. I very much like your garden and your flowers. Very beautiful flower beds! Els, thanks you for your record in mine guestbook an album "Sky". At us now warm weather, with the pure blue sky. Warm weather is very long-awaited. Els, you ask about parrots. We are pleased with how have defined our nestlings. Roza and Chiki live in pair with a parrot. They live amicably. Sky and Yasha live without pair. All nestlings - not are afraid of people. And Zyaba for a long time continued to bear eggs. We have put parrots in different cages. At us the grass (wood louse) in the spring grows. We give its parrots, they very much love it. Dear Els, how are yours pets- rats? They, probably, too are glad to spring. They eat any grass? (Els, excuse me for my English). Blessing and dear greetings from Nina

Very nice new additions of your beautiful garden! Wonderful dragonfly, it's not easy to have them close-up, we try it sometimes... What's the name of the marvelous blue fower in 5971? Nice brown spider of the leaves with waterdrops! Thanks! Have a nice Sunday! Henri and Kaethi
